The Merchifies Guarantee

At Merchifies.com, we want you to love your order. Since every product is made-to-order specifically for you, we have crafted the following guarantee to ensure you feel confident shopping with us while maintaining our high standards of quality.

1. Our Promise

We stand behind the quality of our products 100%. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or has a printing error, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Hassle-Free Policy: In most cases regarding defects or damage, you do not need to return the item to us. A photo is all we need.

2. What We Cover

You are eligible for a free replacement or refund if:

  • Manufacturing Defects: The item arrived with rips, holes, or unraveled seams.
  • Printing Errors: The design is blurry, peeling, significantly off-center, or the wrong color compared to the mockup.
  • Wrong Item Sent: We sent the wrong size, color, or design compared to your order confirmation.
  • Damaged in Transit: The package arrived wet, torn, or crushed, damaging the product inside.

3. How to File a Claim

To resolve your issue quickly, please follow these steps within 30 days of receiving your order:

  1. Email our support team at: [email protected]
  2. Subject Line: "Order Issue # [Your Order Number]"
  3. Required: Please attach clear photos of the defect, the wrong item, or the damaged packaging.

Once we verify the issue via photos, we will issue a replacement immediately or process a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

4. Exceptions (What We Do Not Cover)

Because every item is custom-printed upon your request, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Wrong Size Ordered: We provide detailed size charts on every product page. Please review them carefully before ordering, as we cannot restock or resell custom items.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or no longer want the item.
  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned or lost because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer is responsible for the costs of re-shipping.

5. Shipping & Lost Packages

  • Lost in Transit: If your package has not moved or updated its tracking status for more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery date, we will send a replacement free of charge.
  • Marked as Delivered: If the tracking carrier confirms the package was "Delivered" to the address provided, Merchifies is not liable for theft or missing packages. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. International & EU Customers

  • Notice regarding the Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. By purchasing from Merchifies, you acknowledge that our products are custom-made and are exempt from standard return mandates unless the product is faulty.
